Fuel Lines
FineLine Fuel Lines are constructed from Galvan (G2) or Stainless Steel Tubing with OE style components and fittings. Galvan (G2) Fuel Lines are produced with an epoxy topcoat for a reliable corrosion-resistant coating meeting OEM requirements. Stainless Steel Fuel Lines are produced from 304L Stainless Steel for superior corrosion-resistance exceeding OEM requirements.
All FineLine Fuel Lines are CNC pre-bent for a precision fit every time.
Brake Lines
FineLine Brake Lines are produced from 304L Stainless Steel for superior corrosion-resistance exceeding OEM requirements and include OE style components and fittings.
All FineLine Brake Lines are CNC pre-bent for a precision fit every time.
Sectioned Lines
FineLine Lines are prefabricated in easy to handle shorter sections. Each piece of line is joined together via unions and fittings allowing for a virtually seemless installation. The original equipment lines are produced as one single line from the engine to the fuel tank, making for a difficult installation.
Stainless Steel Hoses
We’ve upgraded our hoses from the original equipment rubber style to Stainless Steel Braided Teflon (PTFE) Hose. Our Stainless Steel Hose is a light weight, high pressure hose with an antistatic PTFE liner. It has an operating temperature of -60 C to + 260C. It’s resistant to weathering/ageing, oxidation, surface fouling, discoloration and it is unaffected by UV light. It is non-flammable and has an unlimited shelf life.
All FineLine Stainless Steel Braided Teflon (PTFE) Hoses are manufactured with Stainless Steel Fittings and Ferrules to withstand rust corrosion as well.
Aramid Hoses
In some instances we’ve upgraded our hoses from the original equipment rubber style to Aramid Braided Teflon (PTFE) Hose. Aramid Hose has the same improved qualities as Stainless Steel Braided Teflon. For tight spaces, Aramid Hose provides more flexibility, bending without kinking or restricting fuel flow. It has an operating temperature of -60 C to + 260C. It’s resistant to weathering/ageing, oxidation, surface fouling, discoloration and it is unaffected by UV light. It is non-flammable and has an unlimited shelf life.
All FineLine Aramid Braided Teflon (PTFE) Hoses are manufactured with Stainless Steel Fittings and Ferrules to withstand rust corrosion as well.
Nylon Repair Kits
The nylon line located between the steel fuel line and the fuel tank often need replaced during the fuel line installation process. The fuel line generally rusts and corrodes inside the connector on the preformed nylon line causing the connector to seize. Our FineLine Nylon Repair Kits will attach to your existing nylon line via a union and provide a new connector for the new steel lines. These Nylon Repair Kits fabricate a quicker, easier installation of your new FineLine Fuel Lines.
